April 2023 Class: Living Well with Mindful Earthkeeping

I am excited to remind you of our upcoming one-hour class, “Living Well with Mindful Earthkeeping,” where we will explore how to live in harmony with the earth and preserve the song of life that connects us all.

In tomorrow night’s class (April 18, 2023 at 7pm CST) we will explore the song that runs through all of life, connecting us to each other and to the earth. It is a song that can be heard in the rustle of leaves, the chirping of cardinals and doves, and the rush of water over stones. It is a song that reminds us that we are not alone, that we are part of something greater than ourselves.

In the midst of our busy lives, it can be easy to forget this connection to the miracle of life. We get caught up in our worries and anxieties, in the endless to-do lists and the demands of our jobs and families.

We lose sight of the beauty and wonder of the world around us, and we forget that we are part of it.

Mindful Earthkeeping can help bring us back to our wholeness. Tomorrow’s class reminds us that:

“The Earth has music for those who listen.”

– Shakespeare.

With a simple and uplifting format, the April class tomorrow night will help us to hear our legitimate worries and concerns, and also explore the reasons for hope, and listen to where the song of life is leading us.

Join me for a transformative experience where we will deepen our understanding of the interdependence of all life and cultivate a greater sense of care and responsibility for the earth. I will share practical tips, exercises, and resources to help you put mindful earthkeeper principles into action in your own life.
