The Autumn Reset 2022

I have been helping change makers create change for over twenty years, by leading programs for business, non-profits and governments, and understanding the elements of change.

Seasonal retreats are the most powerful way to my explore my mentoring and teaching style for just $75.

I am very proud of the types of resets that past participants have received from my seasonal retreats. I believe this seven day reset is my best offering yet.

In the Autumn Reset 2022, we’re going to apply proven ideas of how to make positive change happen within the relatively short time frame of a season.

Note: The approach I’m teaching in this Autumn Reset is good for both personal and organizational change.

How it Works

The Autumn Reset begins on the Fall Equinox on September 22, 2022, and will last for seven days.

Our first call will be on the Equinox, when you will choose the reset that you would like to see happen this season, and receive your workbook. Every morning you will receive a a 5 minute recorded video lesson from me.

We’ll work with the following topics:

• A transformation cycle model that works for business and individuals
• Two ways of creating innovation and change – immersion and steady
• Seasonal energies that can help you create certain types of resets faster
• Five ways to expand your personal power every week
• Understanding the role of resetting for earthkeepers
• How to apply the Autumn Reset for an organization
• How to make the most of the end of this year

We’ll be exploring these concepts from a high level, so you won’t need to spend more than 20 minutes a day on the activities.

At the end of the retreat, I will lead another session to answer questions and talk about next steps.

You also have the option of co-working with me in a day of creative immersion with me on September 23rd for those of you who are in need of that type of reset. The day of immersion is for people who want to start and complete a creative project in one day. It’s included in the $75 cost of the Autumn Reset.
