The Art of Mindful Receiving
June 17, 2023
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CST)
Virtual Retreat
This year’s Summer Solstice retreat helps you to practice the art of mindful receiving, with a focus on living a more sustainable and restorative life.

The Art of Mindful Receiving
Join us for a transformative journey into the art of mindful receiving at our Virtual Summer Solstice Retreat. From the comfort of your own home, we invite you to connect with the abundance of the season and cultivate a deep sense of presence, gratitude, and sustainability.
During this immersive online experience, we will explore the practice of mindful receiving, which invites us to open our hearts and minds to the richness and beauty of life, while also honoring our commitment to sustainability.
Mindful receiving in the virtual space is a conscious and intentional act of embracing the present moment with openness, curiosity, and eco-consciousness.
Guided by Karen Wan, an experienced facilitator, through live sessions and digital resources, we will delve into various techniques and rituals designed to enhance our ability to receive mindfully, all while keeping sustainability at the forefront.
Through guided meditations, virtual nature walks, sustainable creative expressions, and reflective exercises, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and eco-consciousness, allowing ourselves to be fully present and receptive to the gifts that surround us.
During the 2023 Solstice Retreat, on Saturday June 17th, we will create a sacred and sustainable space for individuals seeking to slow down, reconnect with nature, and nurture their inner selves, all within the comfort of their own homes. By embracing technology mindfully, we reduce our carbon footprint while fostering a deep connection with the natural world and our own inner wisdom.
All participants will receive a digital copy of The Art of Mindful Receiving.
