Seasonal Retreat
Finding Harmony with the Song of Life
March 18, 2023
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CST)
Virtual Retreat
This year’s Spring Equinox retreat is focused on connecting with the Song of Life and learning practical strategies for living in harmony with the natural world in order to cultivate a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

The Song of Life or Oran Mor
As the sun rises over the mountains, casting a warm glow on the landscape below, a song can be heard echoing through the trees. It’s a song of life, a celebration of the interconnectedness of all things.

This is the Song of Life, the Oran Mor, a Gaelic concept that speaks to the fundamental unity of all existence.
For generations, people have looked to the natural world for guidance and inspiration, seeking to live in harmony with the rhythms of the earth. But in recent years, this delicate balance has been threatened by human activity. Climate change, deforestation, and pollution are just a few of the many challenges facing our planet.
As we grapple with these complex issues, it’s important to remember the wisdom of the Oran Mor. By recognizing the interconnectedness of all things, we can begin to build a more sustainable future.

We can work to protect the natural world, to reduce our impact on the environment, and to promote social and economic justice for all.
The Song of Life is a reminder of the beauty and complexity of the world around us. It’s a call to action, a challenge to live in harmony with the earth and with each other. And it’s a reminder that the choices we make today will shape the world of tomorrow.
During the 2023 Spring Equinox Retreat, on Saturday March 18, we will explore the Oran Mor and the ways we create lives that demonstrate Harmony in Action.
