Sustainability Frameworks
Sustainability Models for Change
There are many different types of change to make the world more sustainable.
Unfortunately, thus far none of these frameworks have had much effect on lowering green house gas emissions, which is one of the key collective objectives that scientists have identified as critical for human survival and prosperity.
The challenge with every sustainability framework is implementation.
This is not to say that sustainability frameworks are not important or that they don’t work.
Do Individual Actions Matter?
In recent years, many sustainability advocates have said that our individual actions can’t create enough change to restore and heal ecosystems.
We need collective change.
Yet, it’s in our power to change how we live our lives.
Sustainable Life Design
We can choose how sustainably we want to live.
Our Mindful Earthkeeper instructors have years of experiencing in implementing different sustainable frameworks from running a by-product synergy network for a major city to living a zero waste lifestyle to working on water initiatives.
We have created a sustainable life design tool that we will be sharing in April.
How to Choose a Sustainable Framework for Your Own Life:
– Determine your priorities and passions
– Work within the constraints of your local environment
– Understand the strengths and weaknesses of your current lifestyle
– Research different sustainable frameworks
If you would like to create a sustainable life design for yourself, your business or an organization, consider joining our class this April.
